We are proud to announce our newest training option for Service Advisors and Managers. If you would like to have a trainer on staff yet are worried about the expense, this is the option for you. Now we can truly become your company trainer. Each month you will receive a schedule of many available webinar sessions. You will also receive multiple invitations and reminders through your e-mail. We will continually cover all parts of the program, one short section at a time.

For your convenience, a recorded version of each session will always be available for review. All parts of the Sally Whitesell's Service Solutions Manual will be covered monthly along with new material and training exercises. Managers will also receive a report as to each Advisor's time spent in class and testing results once a month.
