We are proud to announce our newest training option for Service Advisors and Managers. If you would like to have a trainer on staff yet are worried about the expense, our unlimited monthly subscription is the answer for you. Now we can truly become your company trainer! Each month you will receive a schedule of many available webinar sessions. You and your advisors will also receive multiple invitations and reminders through your e-mail. All you have to do is follow the link in the e-mail to register or join the session. The classes will be delivered through an integrated VOIP system so each participant will need a microphone and headset. A web cam is reccommended but not mandatory.

All parts of the Sally Whitesell's Service Solutions Manual will be covered monthly along with new material and training exercises. Days and times will vary so each store has many oppertunities to participate. Managers will receive a report as to each Advisor's time spent in class and testing results after each session.
