Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Sally Whitesell and I am President of Sally Whitesell's Service Solutions. For the last fourteen years, I have provided Service Advisor training in hundreds of drives across the country at an individual and corporate level. My goal has been to provide coaching, critiquing, and encouragement to Advisors and Managers, in a way that guides them to become successful, and profitable professionals. I have also worked as a Service Manager for an Import dealer in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, and continue to serve as a consultant for their organization. 

Before entering into the auto industry, I performed in training videos, and seminars for many customer relation industries. Teaching and performing have always been my passion.

It has been exciting to watch all of the changes, and growth taking place in the fixed operations departments. Dealers are realizing, now more than ever, that Service Advisors are their most important customer relation representatives. The need for continued training, and the constant request for more information in specific areas, inspired me to branch out on my own, and create a simple, yet effective approach to Sales and Customer Relations Training. I have also developed a New Advanced Training Program that includes information that has never been offered by any other Service Advisor training company. 

My clients have been successful in achieving higher hours per RO, higher customer satisfaction scores, as well as higher customer retention, through implementing a process, and providing continued training. They have been pleased with the simple user, and customer friendly approach that Sally Whitesell's Service Solutions offers. Most Advisors are not professional speakers, therefore, I have taken great pleasure in creating a program in which they can relate, and implement successfully. It is very rewarding to help Advisors, and Managers reach goals in their careers that they never imagined possible.

On a personal note, I have been married for twenty years, and have two children. Although raised in Indianapolis, I now reside with my husband Steve, and our dog Tele, in Florida. We enjoy many outdoor activities, and are very active in our church and the community.
